Vertis APS, which specializes in print advertising and media services, filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court to collect. But Combs apparently prefers fabric suits to legal ones. "We just became aware of it and resolved it," a Sean John representative said after the Daily News inquired about the case.
