 Denise and Alan Fields have written a book called "Baby Bargains." They compare the various high chairs -- along with lots of other baby stuff -- and include reviews, prices, phone numbers for the companies, etc. I have no connection with them, other than I bought the book because I'm having my first baby. Frugal baby tip: If you haven't had the baby yet, you might hold off on the high chair, since it's usually not necessary until the sixth month, BTW. baby high chair: I built a baby high chair based on one in the "Better Homes and Gardens, WOOD book 1". It was my son's high chair and has worked out great. I did modify the design, I used biscuits instead of screws and plugs for the joints. It has been put through continuous use for one year now and it has stood up well. What else can I do to teach her not to rock? baby high chair: Trying out how their body's move and how they can control them is vital in child development, let her experiment. If it is freaking you out because she does it at a high level, put her on the floor. Feed her on a splash mat ( or towel) on the floor, or get a low chair instead of a baby high chair.
