I bought a nylon backpack at a sporting goods store to use as a diaper bag. I use it if we will be gone for a long period of time. I also use a smaller bag for quick trips. I have the diaper bag that Lands End sells but only use that for out of town trips, etc. I've found it is rather large and bulky for just a trip to the mall! diaper bag backpack: We are in the process of designing a revolutionary diaper bag. One that looks like a backpack but has every inclusion necessary to make a diaper bag complete. In addition, we want it to be used by dads and moms alike. We plan on getting it to the market by spring. We have done alot of reserach and are very excited about our new product We welcome all comments and inquiries. diaper bag backpack: I have three different diaper bags- a small one for short trips, a big one that we use when we aren't going anywhere nice, and a nice looking one. You might like a diaper bag backpack.I have seen many stores that carry them now. I know Target does. They come in a variety of colors and prints. They even have a plaid that would work great for Dad to carry. These diaper bags don't all look like they are designed for kids -- they have adult prints. diaper bag backpack: I think that you might find a backpack diaper bag useful. It is nylon, has many pockets and is very functional. It's not the most glamorous looking bag but does the job. The company that makes it is Eagel Creek and I purchased in a camping gear store. Eddie Bauer also has a similar bag. I've found that I needed two diaper bags to cover all grounds. One for functionality and one to take to nice places. The hospital gave us a small bag which really comes in handy for short walks, trips to the gym or when we just run out. Always have a bag with the bare necessities, you'll never know what will come up or out! Congrats on your baby.
