graco high chair: The same thing happened to my second daughter in her Graco high chair. I would not recommend this high chair, as we too had a really hard time removing our daughter from the high chair.

graco high chair: am one of the people whose child got wedged in the Graco high chair. I didn't even think to report it to Graco at the time. I just wrote it off as a case of having a very active daughter. But now I see that it probably was a flaw in the design. I would be willing to report it (two years late). Any info. on how to contact Graco? Now you've got me wondering about the port-a-crib. We have a Graco Pack-N-Play that was given to me by my co-workers. It's kept at my parents house for use by my son when we travel. What was the story on the crib?

graco high chair: I would recommend a Graco high chair; their new ones have 5-pt. harnesses. I used to care for kids who used the 3-pt. models, and I really liked them. Even at 3 years old and up, the kids could climb in them themselves (they liked their chairs), and the chairs were sturdy enough that they could not tip them over. The one-handed release on the tray was really helpful, and it slid in enough to be close-fitting without being tight. I believe they recline for infants. One really great thing about the Gracos was that the tray was VERY easy to clean; it really never stained, and when things like spaghetti sauce got on it, it washed out easily with water in no more than a day or two.
