 My wife and I are selling a brand new Medela Pump in Style Breast Pump ('99 version). It has never been used and is in its original box unopened. If you do the reasearch, you will find that this is the #1 breast pump available! It is quiet and comfortable. You will love it! medela breast pump: I would say any good quality breast pump is worth the investment. To rent or buy depends on how much you are willing to spend. Most of the time to rent for 6 months you might as well buy because the money is the same, especially if this is your first baby. The next important factor is the effeciency of the pump and the amount of time you will spend pumping. The store brand manual pumps are not reccomended. First of all breast pumps are not FDA approved and therehave been some women who have been hurt using a poor quality pump. Medela is one of the best pumps on the market. medela breast pump: have tried several kinds of breast pumps. I thought the Gerber, Evenflo and First Years ones were okay until I tried a Medela one. The difference is amazing. I got so much more milk and had so much less discomfort with the Medela breast pump. If you need to pump regularly, don't skimp on your breast pump. If you get an electric pump, it should have automatic cycling - not a little hole to put your finger over to regulate the suction. If you can't afford or don't need an electric pump, get a good quality manual one like the Avent Isis. medela breast pump: Does anyone know where I can get a Medela breast pump in the metro Toronto area?
